Lasagne

Beef & pork ragu layered in Lasagne sheets with a richcream sauce, topped with cheese

Cumberland Stew

Slowly stewed diced beef with thyme, onions, carrots, swede and potatoes cooked in stock and reduced. A lovely winter dish.

Chicken / Vegetable Tagine with Couscous

Chicken with carrot, onion, chickpeas in a mildy spiced stock with cumin, coriander, chilli, ginger.  Vegetarian option has Courgette added.
